The plaintiffs bring this action to restrain defendant from obstructing and preventing the use by-plaintiffs of alleged easement rights over a portion of Wells Avenue, which portion was formerly part of a public street in the city of Yonkers. The plaintiff corporation is the owner and the plaintiff copartners are the lessees of certain real property situate on the southeast corner of said Wells Avenue and River Street in said city.
