The proceeding is one for the opening and extending of Northern boulevard as laid out on the final map of the borough of Queens, city of New York.
The resolution authorizing the acquisition of title for the purpose of the boulevard was adopted by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment June 16, 1922. A petition for an order to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to property owners was submitted to the Supreme Court in April, 1923.
