DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY
{¶ 1} Appellants, Rebecca and Robert Stone ("the Stones"), appeal from the decision of the Akron Municipal Court. This Court affirms.

{¶ 2} In June of 2006, an employee of Appellee, Storm Kings Inc. ("Storm Kings"), approached the Stones' home regarding a roof replacement. On June 16, 2006, Mrs. Stone signed a document in which Storm Kings agreed to replace the Stones' roof. On June 21, 2006, Storm Kings began work on the Stones' roof.
