MEMORANDUM OPINION
CHASANOW, District Judge.
Plaintiff PADCO Advisors, Inc. filed this diversity action for breach of contract and violation of the Maryland Uniform Trade Secret Act (“MUTSA”) against Defendant Jeffrey M. Omdahl after he was employed by ProFund Advisors. Presently pending and ready for resolution are cross motions for summary judgment. Both parties have also filed unopposed motions to seal exhibits related to those motions and their replies. For the following reasons, each of the motions will be GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
