APPEAL from Faulkner Chancery Court. John Fletcher, Special Chancellor. Jasper Copeland died in 1882, leaving his two children, Mrs. Canfield and Monroe Copeland, his- sole distributees. Upon final settlement of the administration of his estate, the share of Monroe Copeland was $1265.37 m money. His whereabouts being unknown, the probate court placed the money in the hands of a master, to be held subject to its orders.
