This appeal is from the decree of the chancery court of Independence County sustaining a demurrer to a complaint containing the following allegations. Plaintiff is a nephew of E. JULadd, who died intestate, about the year 1905, in Independence County. W. M. Wade was appointed administrator of the estate, and made final settlement thereof on May 4, 1908, which was approved and confirmed on November 4, 1908.
