Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) has moved for summary judgment against defendants Carol Martino (“Martino”), CMA Noel Ltd. (“CMA”), Gerard Haryman (“Haryman”), and JTM Limited (“JTM”). 1 Defendant Martino, a former stock broker, is a recidivist securities law violator and convicted felon (for related tax evasion).
