Defendants Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (ML & Co.) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. (MLPF & S) move to dismiss the amended class action complaints in the 24/7 Real Media, Inc. (24/7) and Interliant, Inc.
