MEMORANDUM DECISION
WERKER, District Judge.
This is a diversity action in which plaintiff George C. Reeves (“Reeves”) alleges causes of action sounding in breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, libel and prima facie tort. The matter presently is before the court on the motions of Reeves and counterclaim defendant Joseph 0.
