Petitioner seeks a subpoena duces tecum directed to Wilmington Medical Center [Center] for production of the file of the Center relating to the operation performed by Peter A. Bassett, D.D.S. on Catherine A. Danklef oil August 8, 1974 and the notes, memoranda, records, and correspondence, reports and photographs relating to an investigation conducted by the Center’s Credentials Committee concerning that operation.
