This matter comes to the Court by way of two discovery orders, docket nos. 507 and 516, from the United States Magistrate. The heart and soul of this lawsuit is the plaintiff’s libel action against the defendants, regarding a series of articles printed in the defendants’ newspapers which allegedly connected the plaintiff’s hotel-casino with organized crime during the time of plaintiff’s ownership.
