Allen Bradley claims that the Little Rock Wastewater Utility (“LRW”), his for mer employer, and Dale Gilbert, his former supervisor, interfered with his rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”). He also claims that LRW terminated his employment in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). The district court 1 entered summary judgment in favor of Gilbert and LRW, and Bradley appeals.
