FAY, Circuit Judge:
An insured brought this diversity action against its insurance carrier for additional coverage and punitive damages under Mississippi law. Both sides appeal from district court rulings and a jury verdict for plaintiffs. 1 The insurance company, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF&G), contests the sufficiency of evidence of coverage, and the filing of two amended complaints. Plaintiffs cross-appeal, challenging the district court’s denial of their punitive damages claim. Finding that the coverage question was one for the jury, we affirm the verdict, which was…
