WISDOM, Circuit Judge:
This case requires us to determine (1) the propriety of denying the plaintiff a third opportunity to amend his complaint one week before trial and (2) the sufficiency of a complaint alleging violations of Louisiana unfair competition law. The questions require us to explore Louisiana antitrust law and to determine when and to what extent the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure require a plaintiff to choose a theory and articulate it specifically.
