This matter arises from preliminary objections filed to a bill in equity-

The bill in equity was filed by a guardian ad litem of a mentally incompetent woman, one Estelle Guetherman. It avers that on June 16,1931, while she was suffering from a form of mental disease known as dementia prsecox, John A. *562Pfister, one of the defendants, procured from her the execution of a warrant of attorney to confess judgment for the purchase price of certain heating equipment installed by him in her home; that, pursuant to said warrant of attorney, judgment was entered by the said Pfister against…
