The State of Missouri appeals from an order of the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction denying its motion for judgment following the forfeiture of an appearance bond.
In. a second degree burglary case filed against James Patrick Thomason the defendant, as principal, and Homer Townley, agent for Argonaut Insurance Company, as surety, executed an appearance bond in the sum of $2,500.
