Appeal by the sureties from a final'judgment of the circuit court of Jackson County forfeiting a recognizance in the sum of $15,000.00 to secure the presence of Grace Wynne for trial on a criminal charge in that court. "Grace Wynne was not served with process in this forfeiture proceeding.

In September, 1940, Grace Wynne was indicted for first degree murder for the killing of Grace5 Thompson in September, 1934.
