Victor M. Hinojosa was convicted of manslaughter by culpable negligence in the Circuit Court of Jackson County and sentenced to imprisonment for ten years. He appealed and entered into a recognizance, with Spencer Salisbury as surety, in the amount of $10,000 to abide the judgment and orders of the courts in the premises. His conviction was affirmed.'
