MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VITALIANO, District Judge.

On March 12, 2010, plaintiff Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) filed this action against defendant Association of Flight Attendants, CWA (“AFA”), a labor organization, to prevent AFA from pursuing grievance and arbitration proceedings under an asserted collective bargaining agreement. AFA now moves to transfer venue of this action to the District of Columbia, where another labor-related ease between the same parties is currently pending. For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion is granted.
