This case involves a patent dispute that arose between Neil Brothers Limited (“Neil Brothers” or the “plaintiff’), World Wide Lines, Inc. (“World Wide” or the “defendant”), and APS Promotional Solutions, Inc. (“APS”) regarding the manufacture and sale of novelty drinking mugs that change in appearance when a hot liquid is poured into them.
