Each of the first four of the above-entitled proceedings has been brought in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, for the appointment of appraisers under section 21 of the Stock Corporation Law to value the stock of the respective petitioners- in Standard Coated Products Corporation, who have protested the merger of said corporation with Interchemical Corporation.
