Two proceedings involving the rights of various stockholders of Flagg-TJtica Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “ corporation ”, to an appraisal of their stock, pursuant to section 21 of the Stock Corporation Law, came on for hearing before this court on the same day. One of the proceedings, termed the “ Camiel proceeding ”, seeks an appraisal of 5,830 shares of stock held by 11 petitioners.
