The petitioner is the owner of 450 shares of the preferred stock of the Great Northern Warehouses, Inc., out of á total issue of 3,958 shares of preferred stock and 225 shares of the common stock of the same corporation.
The Great Northern Warehouses, Inc., is a corporation engaged in *185the business of conducting a storage warehouse in the city of Syracuse.
