—Appellant brought this suit to foreclose a mortgage on real estate situate in Twin Falls county, on April 18, 1930. The court decreed foreclosure but decreed certain unpaid water assessments due respondent, Twin Falls Canal Company, levied for the years 1921, 1922, 1923, 1924, and 1926, aggregating the sum of $500.30, including interest, to be superior to the lien of appellant’s mortgage as claimed by cross-complaint.
