Plaintiff, a resident, freeholder, and taxpayer of the city of Sleepy Eye, brings this action to enjoin Richard A. Golling, public examiner of the state of Minnesota, from conducting an examination of the books, records, accounts, and affairs of said city pursuant to a freeholder’s petition filed in his office on February 16, 1950. The action was tried to the court, and findings of fact and conclusions of law were entered denying the requested relief.
