WISS, Judge:

A general court-martial, composed of a military judge sitting alone, convicted appellant, over his not-guilty pleas, of distributing one ounce of cocaine, robbing another servicemember of $70.00, and unlawful entry, in violation of Articles 112a, 122, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 *92USC §§ 912a, 922, and 934, respectively. Thereafter, the judge sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 4V2 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
