1. Appellant was tried by a special courts martial, military judge sitting alone. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of striking a superior commissioned officer; striking a superior non-commissioned officer; violating a general order by driving on a suspended license; resisting apprehension; and making a false official statement, in violation of Articles 90, 91, 92, 95, and 107, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC *197§§ 890, 891, 892, 895, and 907, respectively.
