This is an appeal from separate decisions of the United States Air Force Court of Military Review1 denying appellant’s petition for new trial based on newly discovered evidence (August 11, 1994) and upholding the military judge’s denial of a defense motion to suppress the results of a urinalysis on the ground that the search authorization underlying the urinalysis was without probable cause (August 10,1994).
