On February 6, 1976, plaintiff-appellant David G. Jeppe (hereinafter referred to as appellant), individually and on behalf of his minor son, Robert Jeppe, filed a complaint for declaration of rights and benefits under a Blue Cross comprehensive health care plan against defendantsappellees, Blue Cross of Northeast Ohio and Medical Mutual of Cleveland, Inc.
