This appeal arises from the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, wherein that court entered judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee and cross-appellant (hereinafter appellee), finding that monies in the hands of defendants-appellants and cross-appellees (hereinafter appellants) are the property of the estate of Florence M.
