THIS ADVERSARY PROCEEDING is before the Court at the conclusion of the trial upon the merits of Plaintiffs’ claims for libel and intentional interference with contractual relations and/or prospective advantage arising from the creation and maintenance by Defendants of an Internet website, “www.mitanalert.com” (the “Website”). 1 As more fully discussed below, the Court finds in favor of only the Plaintiff, Frank Mitán, with respect to his claim for libel against Defendants, but finds in favor of Defendants with respect to all other claims.…
