In this action the plaintiffs, relying on Rule 64 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 102 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, have sued out a writ of attachment against defendant United Underwriters, Ltd., and a writ of garnishment against Pikes Peak National Life Insurance Company, alleged to be a debtor of defendant United Underwriters, Ltd. The defendant and garnishee, respectively, have moved the Court for an order discharging the writs.
