The sole question for our determination in this appeal is whether under the facts disclosed by the record the defendant Ida Gregory is entitled to impress in her favor a resulting trust upon the real estate in controversy. Plaintiff Patricia M. Gregory is a widow and guardian of Donna Lee and James C. Gregory III, minor issue of her marriage to James C. Gregory, Jr., the record titleholder of said property. James C.
