George W. Mahin and Corilla I. Mahin were husband and wife. The contestants, Charles, Earnest and Fred Mahin, are their children. Corilla I. Mahin died intestate January, 1895, leaving, surviving her, her husband and the three children aforesaid. During the life of the said Corilla I. Mahin, she and her husband occupied a small tract of land adjoining the land in controversy. N In the fall of 1882, they purchased the "W. % of the S.
