This case is before the court on a motion by defendant to reargue the denial of the motion to suppress the results of a breathalyzer test administered in connection with defendant’s October 1988 arrest for driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [2], [3]) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 511 [1]).
