For over a decade, plaintiff Motorola Credit Solutions f/k/a Motorola Credit Corporation (“Motorola”) has been trying to collect billions of dollars in judgment from defendants Kemal Uzan, Murat Hak-an Uzan, Cem Cengiz Uzan, Melahat Uzan, Aysegul Akay, and Antonio Luna Betancourt (the “Uzans”).1 Relying on a web of proxies, the Uzans have evaded payment.
