Defendant-appellant, Darryl J. Blankenship, appeals an order of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas dismissing his petition for postconviction relief brought pursuant to R.C. 2953.21.
On January 20, 1984, appellant pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated robbery. Appellant was subsequently convicted and sentenced to six to twenty-five years’ imprisonment. Appellant is currently serving his sentence at the Ross Correctional Institution in Chillicothe, Ohio.
