I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on separate motions of several Defendants. Defendant Gregory Crisp (“Crisp”) seeks dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2), and for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6).
