The issue in this adversary proceeding is whether the debtor should be denied a *71discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2)(A) and (B), 727(a)(3), 727(a)(4)(A) and 727(a)(5). For the reasons set forth below, the court determines that the debtor’s discharge should be denied pursuant to §§ 727(a)(2) and 727(a)(4), but not as to the other bases requested by the United States Trustee.
