Rebsamen Insurance, Appellant, purchased Jim Pirtle & Co. Insurance Agency in Fordyce effective January 1, 1978. Jim Pirtle and Charles D. Milton, Appellee, were retained as employees of Rebsamen. An employment contract was executed between Rebsamen and Milton. In the contract Milton covenanted that for a period of two years following the termination of his employment he would not engage in the business of insurance or any other business in which the Employer Rebsamen is engaged.
