Federated Mutual Insurance Company and Federated Life Insurance Company appeal from the Washington County Chancery Court’s refusal to enforce a covenant not to compete against appellee, Billy Eugene Bennett, Jr., appellants’ former employee. Appellants contend that the covenant should have been enforced; that the chancellor erred in refusing to admit certain evidence; and that the chancellor erred in refusing to apply the employment contract’s sever-ability clause. We disagree and affirm.
