The bill in this case was filed in the Circuit Court for Howard County by four of the children of Johann Sieling and Anna Sieling, his first wife, against Johann Sieling and Amelia C. Sieling, his second wife, and one of the children by the first marriage, Henry J. W. Sieling. An answer was filed by the defendant Henry J. W. Sieling, admitting the allegations of the bill and consenting to a proper decree. An answer was also filed by the defendants Johann Sieling and Amelia C. Sieling, making denials of certain of the allegations of the bill and also demurring to each and every paragraph…
