Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment of defendant QSC Products, Inc. (“QSC”) in an action brought by plaintiff Potomac Plaza Terraces, Inc. (“PPT”) for breach of implied warranty of merchantability, breach of contract, negligence, and strict liability. The Court denies defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the implied warranty and contract claims, but grants defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the negligence claim.
