Furash & Company (“Furash”), a consulting firm which, during the events giving rise to this case, primarily served clients in the financial services business, filed this action against its former President and Chief Executive Officer, Kathleen McClave (“MeClave”), and a competitor, Towers, Perrin, Foster & Crosby, Inc. (“Towers”), a consulting firm that provides services to insurance, finance, banking and other clients.
