Kilday, Judge:

Appellant was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at Augsburg, Germany, charged with six specifications of making false military pay vouchers for the payment of claims against the United States, in violation of Article 132, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 932. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to confinement at hard labor for one year and reduction to the grade of E-l. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence. A board of review in the office of the Judge Advocate General of the Army affirmed the findings of guilty but…
