I. INTRODUCTION

On March 14, 2012, defendant removed this matter to this Court from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia based on the parties’ diversity of jurisdiction [Docket # 1]. The plaintiff, Ronald Eugene Duberry, raises a number of claims against his former employer, defendant Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc.
