I. Introduction.

George Randolph Sipple (“Debtor” or “Randy”) filed a voluntary Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 1, 2006. Gary V. Skiba (“Trustee”) serves as the Chapter 7 Trustee.

Prior to the bankruptcy filing, Debtor and Wendy M. Sipple (“Wendy”) initiated a divorce proceeding in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania (the “State Court”).
