This matter came on for consideration of Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) (Doe. 22), filed by William Todd Drown (“Trustee”), the Chapter 7 Trustee in the underlying bankruptcy case of Debt- or Douglas A. Knisley (“Debtor”).
