KAUGER, Chief Justice:

The complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (Bar Association), charged the respondent, Earl W. Wolfe, with four counts of professional misconduct — unprofessional behavior in a client relationship; failure to respond timely to a grievance; the unauthorized practice of law; and noncompliance with disciplinary rules involving a prior suspension.
