This matter comes before the court on the motion of the Debtor to have his case reopened, to have an order entered staying a contempt order entered by the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, against the Debtor, and to have the court find that Marjorie Ann Hale, the Debtor’s ex-wife, (herein “Ms. Hale”) and her counsel, Charles R. Haugh, Esquire, have violated the permanent stay against collection of debts discharged in bankruptcy.
